Jaume Plensa
Born in 1955 in Barcelona (Spain).
Lives and works in Barcelona.

Plensa collaborated closely with the shop for 10 years. With him, we never knew what was going to happen – as a sculptor, he thinks about prints differently from the painters we are accustomed to working with, and approaches prints in terms of volume and relief. To him, an empty sheet of paper is an object in itself: transparent or opaque, floating in a frame, combining words and images; incorporating drawings, cut-out letters, photographs and collages of diverse objects…
